Dwelling
Things happen in our lives that make us stop and think And wonder what we did to make everything stink Sometimes it's not things that we have done at all. So when things get pear shaped, And you want to sit and bawl Just remember you're never alone And not everything is your fault. So while we spend a lot of our lives dwelling On what we did in our past The future dawns bright and promising And the dwelling should not last. Let the dwelling go, let it be where it belongs. Let yourself go forward. That's when you become strong. Copyright © Catherine Oversby , 2008
